Skill or no skill

Same request. One agent had the skill.

Picture one request: a landing page for a small coffee roaster. On its own, an agent tends to hand back a generic page. With the Marketing pack's landing-page skill, the steps put the offer, proof and button in order.

Without a skillA cluttered coffee roaster landing page with clashing colours, three fonts and a lost button
A generic page. The offer is buried and nothing tells the visitor where to click.
With the Marketing packThe same coffee roaster landing page done well: one headline, a clear button, a crisp product photo
An illustration of what the skill's steps produce, not a logged run. One offer, backed by proof, then a clear button.
Counting down to 2030

Surviving the AI revolution takes learning. Leading it takes skills.

Learning to use AI helps you survive the shift. Giving your agent the right skills is how you lead it. Each of the 3,029 skills in this download is a written procedure for one job, so the agent you already run can take on work you never wrote instructions for.

McKinsey Global Institute, Jobs Lost, Jobs Gained (2017)

A note from Authority AI

Most people are learning AI. Fewer are teaching their agent how to work.

Hi,

There's a sorting under way, and plenty of people will only notice it once it's over. McKinsey estimated that up to 375 million workers may need to change occupation by 2030. Nobody can say exactly whose jobs. But you can already tell who is getting ready. They're the ones learning AI in the evenings, after the day job.

If that's you, good. It's the right instinct, and it's the price of staying relevant through the changes ahead. Now picture two people who both make that choice, with the same agent and the same kind of work. A year later, one of them hands over work that makes colleagues ask how it was done. The other is still retyping the same request and hoping.

They're equally clever. The difference between them is one habit, and it fits in a folder.

Doodle: a tired person at a laptop late at night, a shrugging robot beside them

Eleven at night, third attempt

  • A client proposal due at nine tomorrow.
  • The same request, rewritten for the third time.
  • A draft that sounds right and says little.

You've probably been the second person. It's eleven on a Thursday night, and the client proposal is due at nine. You ask the agent for it and get something smooth, confident and empty. You explain again. Closer, still generic. The agent has none of your methods, so it guesses, politely, every time. You do the thinking twice and get to bed at one.

Doodle: a robot reading a folder and following a path of steps to a finished document

The habit: write the method down

  • What a good result looks like, spelled out.
  • The steps in order, with a check between.
  • What to do when a step goes wrong.

The first person gives the agent written ways of working. They're called skills. A skill is a plain file the agent reads before it starts: the steps, the checks and the usual traps. It's what you'd hand a sharp new colleague on their first morning. The agent stops guessing and starts following.

That's only half of it. A good skill carries someone else's hard-won method, so your agent can do work you couldn't have done alone. A researcher's way of checking sources. An editor's order of passes. You borrow the expertise, and the agent does the labour.

Doodle: a robot handing a bar chart to a relaxed person

A chart you can defend

  • The customers being counted, named before any chart.
  • Every assumption about the data, written down.
  • The method shown first, then the numbers.

Say you've never run a customer retention analysis (who stays, who leaves) in your life. With the right skill, your agent states exactly which customers it's counting before it draws anything, and writes down every assumption it makes about the file. You walk into the meeting with one clear chart and the working behind it. That used to mean asking an analyst.

Research works the same way. One skill checks each claim against at least three independent sources. Another catches invented authors and wrong years before your reader does. That's the kind of care that gets you trusted, and you didn't have to learn it the hard way.

Doodle: a calendar page and a robot handing a finished document to a relaxed person

Next month, the same job

  • First Monday of the month: the report is due.
  • The same skill file, with last month's edits.
  • A finished report on your desk before lunch.

Next month shows the real gain. It's the first Monday, and the monthly report is due again. You name the same skill in your request, and it now carries the two changes you made last time. The agent works through the same steps, and the report is done before lunch. Each file you sharpen makes the next job easier, and the gap between our two people keeps widening.

So keep learning AI. It matters. Just give your agent the methods as well. That's why we built this collection. We gathered 3,029 skills from 44 public collections, checked the licences and dropped 808 duplicates. They come in 12 packs, one for each kind of work, such as coding, research or finance. They work with Claude Code and any agent that reads skill files.

The whole collection is $7 on this page, once, with no subscription. On our shop it's $47. If it isn't for you, email us within 30 days and we'll refund you in full, no explanation needed.

Get the collection now, open the pack closest to your work, and give your agent tonight's job with a skill attached.

The Authority AI team

P.S. There's no seat count and no activation. Put the folder where your whole team can reach it, and every agent on the team works from the same written methods. One purchase, one shared standard.

Inside all 12 packs

Twelve kinds of work, one pack each.

You don't need all 3,029 at once. Start with the job in front of you, then see what else the 12 packs cover. They're broad on purpose.

Coding pack: eight of its skills on a monitor, with three skill chips beside it
Coding pack guide cover
What this pack covers

Code review needs a checklist and the Coding pack writes it for your agent.

Ask for a review and you get a quick yes. The Coding pack gives your agent a list of what to check, in order.

  • A review that mostly agrees with you
  • Bugs found after the code is live
  • Explaining what to check, every single time
01
Inside Guide 01Coding pack

1,242 skills for reviewing, testing, fixing and moving code.

  • Review code against a checklist, not a mood
  • Find the cause of a bug before changing anything
  • Write tests and list what is still untested
Data pack: eight of its skills on a monitor, with three skill chips beside it
Data pack guide cover
What this pack covers

Why your agent hands you numbers you can't trust and how written steps fix that.

A messy file goes in and a confident answer comes out, with no record of what was assumed. The Data pack makes your agent state its method first.

  • Totals nobody can explain afterwards
  • Cleaning steps nobody wrote down
  • Answers that are really guesses
02
Inside Guide 02Data pack

329 skills for cleaning, checking and explaining data.

  • Explain a result so someone else can check it
Productivity pack: eight of its skills on a monitor, with three skill chips beside it
Productivity pack guide cover
What this pack covers

Goals need small steps and the Productivity pack writes them.

Ask for a plan and you get the goal in longer words. The Productivity pack turns it into small steps your agent can finish.

  • A plan that just restates the goal
  • Steps too big to start
  • Meetings that end without next steps
03
Inside Guide 03Productivity pack

What this pack covers

Why launch day turns into guesswork and what a checklist gives your agent.

When something breaks, nobody wants to invent a plan. The Ops pack gives your agent the order to work in before it touches anything.

  • Launches checked from memory
  • Fixes tried before the cause is known
  • The same breakdown solved from scratch twice
04
Inside Guide 04Ops pack

280 skills for launches, breakdowns and keeping systems healthy.

  • Write up a fix so the next one is faster
Security pack: eight of its skills on a monitor, with three skill chips beside it
Security pack guide cover
What this pack covers

A security review that follows a method instead of a list of worries.

Left alone, your agent improvises a list of worries. The Security pack makes it work through a set method, one step at a time.

  • A list of worries with no order
  • Findings that don't point to a fix
  • The one real risk lost in the noise
12
Inside Guide 12Security pack

What this pack covers

Research that shows its proof because every claim names its sources.

A quick lookup returns an answer with nothing behind it. The Research pack makes your agent show where each claim came from.

  • A summary with no sources behind it
  • Claims you can't check without redoing the work
  • References that turn out not to exist
05
Inside Guide 05Research pack

206 skills for finding, checking and citing information.

Why a competitor comparison ends up unused and what a sales-ready version looks like.

A generic table doesn't help anyone on a sales call. The Business pack writes for the person who has to use the page.

  • A comparison table nobody opens
  • Objections answered from memory
  • Decks written for the speaker, not the audience
06
Inside Guide 06Business pack

What this pack covers

Why "make this page better" gets you opinions and what a page audit gets you.

Without a method, "better" is a matter of taste. The Marketing pack looks at the page and hands back ideas you can test.

  • Changes made on a hunch
  • Tests with no idea written down first
08

coding/adversarial-reviewer/SKILL.mdMIT · ekreloff · v2.9.0

Adversarial Code Reviewer

Description

Adversarial code review skill that forces genuine perspective shifts through three hostile reviewer personas (Saboteur, New Hire, Security Auditor). Each persona MUST find at least one issue — no "LGTM" escapes. Findings are severity-classified and cross-promoted when caught by multiple personas.

Features

  • Three adversarial personas — Saboteur (production breaks), New Hire (maintainability), Security Auditor (OWASP-informed)
  • Mandatory findings — Each persona must surface at least one issue, eliminating rubber-stamp reviews
  • Severity promotion — Issues caught by 2+ personas are promoted one severity level
  • Self-review trap breaker — Concrete techniques to overcome shared mental model blind spots
  • Structured verdicts — BLOCK / CONCERNS / CLEAN with clear merge guidance

Usage

/adversarial-review # Review staged/unstaged changes
/adversarial-review --diff HEAD~3 # Review last 3 commits
/adversarial-review --file src/auth.ts # Review a specific file

Examples

Example: Reviewing a PR Before Merge

/adversarial-review --diff main...HEAD

Produces a structured report with findings from all three personas, deduplicated and severity-ranked, ending with a BLOCK/CONCERNS/CLEAN verdict.

Problem This Solves

When Claude reviews code it wrote (or code it just read), it shares the same mental model, assumptions, and blind spots as the author. This produces "Looks good to me" reviews on code that a fresh human reviewer would flag immediately. Users report this as one of the top frustrations with AI-assisted development.

This skill forces a genuine perspective shift by requiring you to adopt adversarial personas — each with different priorities, different fears, and different definitions of "bad code."
