Refund Policy

We want buying from Authority AI to be risk-free. This policy explains exactly what our guarantee covers, how to use it, and what to expect.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every digital product purchase includes a 30-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date. If the product is not useful for your work, for any reason, contact support within 30 days for a full refund of that purchase. You do not need to justify the request, though a brief note about what did not work helps us improve the products.

2. What the Guarantee Covers

• The main purchase, each order bump, and each post-purchase upsell. Each carries its own 30-day window measured from its own purchase date.
• The full amount you paid for the refunded item, in the original currency (USD).
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe-processed card or PayPal). We cannot redirect refunds to a different card or account.

3. How to Request a Refund

• Email support@authority-ai.com from the email address on your account.
• Include your order reference (from your receipt email or dashboard) and which purchase(s) you want refunded.
• We confirm receipt within 2 business days, and approved refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or PayPal may take additional days to post the credit.
• Once a purchase is refunded, access to that product, including its downloads, is removed from your dashboard.

4. Subscriptions & Payment Plans (Where Offered)

• Cancelling a subscription stops future billing; content remains accessible until the end of the period already paid. Cancellation is available from your dashboard or by email and is never harder than signing up.
• A subscription charge itself is refundable within 30 days of that charge if you have not materially used the period's content; we apply this generously.
• Payment-plan purchases refunded inside the guarantee window cancel all remaining installments and revoke access.

5. EEA/UK Statutory Withdrawal

If you are an EEA or UK consumer, you have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases. For digital content, that right ends when delivery begins with your acknowledgment at checkout. Our 30-day guarantee is longer and applies regardless, so you never end up with less protection than the statute provides. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer right in your jurisdiction.

6. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, the payment networks' process takes over and usually takes far longer than our refund process. Please contact support@authority-ai.com first; we honor the guarantee without friction. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks on purchases outside the guarantee window or where we detect fraud.

7. Fair Use

We may decline refunds where we detect fraud, systematic downloading followed by refund requests, or repeated purchase-refund cycling across orders, to the extent permitted by law and by the payment networks' rules. Declining a refund under this section never affects your statutory rights.
